Foundations Medical Adult Day Care is located in Linthicum, Maryland. Our participants are welcomed into a friendly and caring environment. Professionally trained staff are available to assist you while you are enrolled in our program. We strive to provide a family-like atmosphere, where our greatest priority is the care and wellbeing of our participants.

Foundations Medical Adult Day Care is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for each participant. Our professional staff understands that each person has his/her own distinct needs. Our staff is made up of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Social Workers, Nursing Assistants, and other types of health care professional.

These staff members are capable of serving a wide variety of participants. Prior to placement in our program, each potential participant is evaluated to ensure that our program will be appropriate and beneficial.

The program is open 7 days a week and provides transporation to and from home. We also, if feasible, provide transportation to physician"s offices and other types of appointments.
